                                    2.3.1     Transport troops with riffle and basic load at least 28 persons 

                                    2.3.2     Support land force operations

                                    2.3.3     Search and Rescues 

                        2.4        General Characteristics and Specification

                                    2.4.1     Suitable for both sea and land operation

                                    2.4.2     Standard designed and production helo and widely used in many Countries 

                                                2.4.3     Day and Night operations with visual and instruments 

                                                2.4.4     2 engine or more

                                                2.4.5     Dual control capability which can be operated from either pilot or copilot position

                                                2.4.6     Be able to install machine guns up to 30 millimeters

                                                2.4.7     Equipped with communication system and security system conform with U.S/European standard

Annex 3 General  requirements of RTN Offshore Patrol Vessel

                                                            3.3.2     Search and Rescues

Displacement 1,000 ? 2,000 tons (full load)

Max  continuous speed not less than 25 knots

Range : not less than 3,500 NM at economic  speed 20  knots

Endurance at least 20 days

Operation at sea up to sea state 5

The vessel?s aviation support for helicopter weight 22,000 pounds

Propulsion system : Diesel engines 

Weapons           : Main gun 76 mm. With fire control system

                        : Secondary and CIWS 20 mm. And .05 inch.

                        : be able to install surface ? to ? surface missile; surface ? to ?air missile and decoy

                          system when require.

Complete surveillance and identification system for day and night operations

Supply support for operation up to 30 years.

 

                       

Annex 4 General Requirement of RTN  Transport  aircraft 

                                    4.1        Type :  Transport  aircraft

                                    4.2        Project : 3 aircrafts  Project period : 2009-2011

                                    4.3        Required Capability

                                                4.3.1     Transportation of military  material, vehicles ,troops

                                                4.3.2     Maritime patrol

                                    4.4        General Characteristics and Specifications

                                                4.4.1     Day and night operations

                                                4.4.2     Maximum cruising speed over 350 knots

                                                4.4.3     operational range over 2000 nm. at maximum load

                                                4.4.4     rear part of fuselage enable to open for military materiel transport and maximum carry weight over 8000 pounds

                                                4.4.5     able to take-off in short of runways distance

                                                4.4.6     Must be designed and provisioned for installation of maritime surveillance radar ,missile approach warning system and anti surface?to-air missile system without modification to fuselage or other main components of the aircraft

                                    6.3.2     Anti Air threats up to medium range.

                                    6.3.3     Anti Submarine

                                    6.4        General Characteristics and Specification

                                                6.4.1     Displacement (Full Load) 2,000 ? 3,000 tons

1. LPD ต่อจากสิงคโปร์ 1 ลำ

2. OPV ขนาด 2,000 ตัน ต่อภายในประเทศ อีกไม่นานคงทราบว่าเป็นอู่ไหน

ตอนแรกมีข่าวออกมาว่าเรือ LPD ที่กองทัพเรือจะสั่งต่อ 2ลำนี้จะต่อที่จีนครับ แต่จากข้อมูลของคุณhighskygate ว่าเรือชั้นนี้จะต่อที่สิงค์โปร์ 1ลำ นี้ถ้าดูจากคุณสมบัติของเรือตามโครงการที่มีออกมานั้นเรือชั้นนี้น่าจะใกล้เคียงกับเรือชั้น Endurance ของสิงคโปร์ครับ

ส่วนตัวคิดว่าเรือชั้นนี้อาจจะมีหมายเลขเรือขึ้นต้นด้วย "1" ก็ได้ครับครับซึ่งเป็นเลขที่กำหนดสำหรับเรือบัญชาการและสนับสนุนการยกพลขึ้นบก ("111" เลขสวยดี)

 เรือที่จะต่อเอง 2,000 ตันนี่เป็นเรือ OPV นี่ครับ    ไม่ใช่ light frigate  เพราะสเปก light frigate นั้นสูงมาก(ราคาต่อหน่วยก็ตั้งไว้ซะสูงมาก 15,000 ล้านบาท      ดังนั้นโครงการต่อเองน่าจะเป็น OPV 100%     แต่ความต้องการ 4 ลำ    ดังนั้นถ้าขยายแบบชั้นปัตตานีมาใช้แล้วประสิทธิภาพน่าประทับใจ    ผมว่าได้มีการของบอีก 3 ลำที่เหลือแน่นอน    4 ลำ แค่ 8000 - 9000 ล้านบาท      งบ OPV เดิมสูงกว่านี้มาก    คือ กว่า 20,000 ล้านบาท      MEKO -100 delta    ผมว่าเราต่อเองอย่างนี้ดีกว่านะครับ     สนับสนุน 1 ล้าน%
